How it works
- The problem
- When a new maintenance period starts, the platform could only copy the last one: same technicians, same gap between visits. Nothing checked who was free, overloaded or experienced with that equipment.
- What it does
- For each asset it picks a technician by experience and workload, and a date from the asset’s own history, skipping weekends and holidays. The dispatcher reviews, adjusts anything by chatting with the built-in assistant, then creates every work order at once.
- What it achieves
- The speed of a one-click batch with the judgment of scheduling each job by hand, built for the small and mid-sized maintenance teams that enterprise tools price out.
